Shipping policy
Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM CET. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
Transit time: 4 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday)
Total delivery time: 5 to 9 business days
Shipping cost: Free on all orders
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase. We will then begin preparing your order for shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, a second confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information.
Potential delays
If the maximum delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days and make sure to check your tracking number. If your package has still not arrived, please contact us at info@quietheritage.com with your order number.
Order cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at info@quietheritage.com before the order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@quietheritage.com and include clear photos of the issue. After review, we will send you the correct item or an equivalent replacement at no additional cost.
