How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If the maximum delivery time has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days and check your tracking number. If your package has still not arrived, contact us at info@millerhampton.com with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in GBP.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and our payment processing is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Payment data is encrypted using SSL and AES-256 protocols.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of return approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Are late returns accepted?

Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us promptly at info@quietheritage.com and include clear photos of the issue.

You are always eligible for a return or replacement regardless of the 30-day return window.

After review, we will send you the correct item or an equivalent replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us at info@quietheritage.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original or similar protective packaging, and include all original tags.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time is 4–6 business days. Total delivery time is 5–9 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us at info@quietheritage.com before the order has shipped. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I cancel after processing has begun?

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

What is the return window?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. All items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

Are there any restocking fees?

No restocking fees apply.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original or similar protective packaging, and include all original tags. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Exception: if the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
